💫Enhanced mind-body connectionThis workshop is particularly special because as well as hosting a yoga session, run by qualified yoga teacher Danielle, we will also be joined by Digeridoo player Ash, whose live playing will add a unique dimension to our guided breathwork session! In addition to this, we will also be providing a light lunch of locally prepared charcuterie boards and wraps, with vegan and vegetarian options available.Included in this workshop:
✅️ Guidance from breathwork coach and WHM Certified Instructor Joe Baynham; one of the few UK-based instructors to have personally trained with Wim Hof
✅️ Yoga with Danielle, to relax the body and mind ahead of the breathwork
✅️ Breathing Awareness Practice, to understand how we are breathing, reconnect with the body and breath, and to learn how changing the way we breathe can change how we think and feel, right now!
✅️ WHM Breathing Session to music and live performance by digeridoo player Ash
✅️ Theory and explanation of the 3 pillars of the WHM: conscious breathwork, cold exposure and mindset training
✅️ Guided ice bath and warm-up protocol
